I ask myself those questions regularly, and help others find their purpose and unlocking their potential. I love working at Prophet where we do it at scale, transforming some of the biggest organizations and develop leaders in the process.

I help companies answer: Where is our next source of growth? Who do we need to win with, and how do we provide value? How does your company need to change to make it happen? What must change from your leadership team? ...and how must you change as a leader?
