👉🏽 I own and operate Fitology, LLC a health and wellness organization. I'm a health coach and that is where my passion resides. Formerly 330 lbs, currently 185 lbs ten years out from having bariatric surgery (duodenal switch). Not only maintaining but still losing on purpose. My focus is on food education and I arm my clients with food knowledge and much more. Whether your goal is weight loss, gain or maintenance or transitioning to vegan or a better eating lifestyle...I can help! I focus on the various aspects of the whole person; spiritual (connection to your higher power), mental (how you think), emotional (how you feel) and physical (nutrition and activity). Balance is mandatory.
