I’m also a small Care Home operator for the elderly, with the best bunch of Care Staff known to man 😁 Empowered and Inspired by them everyday.

Started life as a Jockey 🏇 (not very good) but did ride a winner on my very first outing. To tall and far to heavy to continue, so became a Care Worker instead. Made my way up the ranks becoming a Manager at the age of 20, Ops Director at 24, MD at 26 and Owner at 28.

In between, I’ve been an elected councillor fighting the good cause and a member of many government think tank groups.

Appeared on TV, Radio, Podcasts & Spoken at many Care Events.

Now specialise in turning Care Businesses around. Nothing better than investing in a failing Care Home and turning it into a thriving one ☝️
