Bio

Born in Mexico City with a bachelor degree in Pedagogy from Universidad Panamericana (UP), Diplomas in Public Policies for Social Development and Global Governance, and Master Degree in Comparative Public Policies by the Latin American Faculty of Social Sciences (FLACSO).

In the professional field, Former Board Member of the National Institute for Evaluation in Education (INEE) and Former Minister of Public Education in the State of Puebla, Mexico.

More than 15 years of experience in implementing policies and projects for international organizations such as UNESCO and other Latin-American institutions.

Currently Director of International Cooperation at Radix Education and independent international consultant in education for research institutions and civil organizations in topics such as public policies, empowerment, social gaps and poverty.

Global Play Ambassador for Lego Foundation since 2018 and member of governing boards from organizations that search better opportunities for girls and boys in vulnerable situation. In the academic field, has several publications and academic articles.

Member of networks: Women for Education and co-founder of the Global Online Learning Alliance (GOLA). Fellow from program in education at the Salzburg Global Seminar. Member of the global alliance in socioemotional skills Karanga.

Currently part time student at the Harvard Graduate School of Education (HGSE) in the Master Program on International Education Policy.
