Patricia is a multi-million dollar producer with Keller Williams Heritage for 18 years; Specializing in both Commercial and Residential Real Estate in San Antonio Texas and surrounding counties. She is one of the Directors for KW Commercial as well.

Patricia is a Certified Military Relocation Professional (MRP) and understands the needs of her Military clients when they are given orders for PCS. San Antonio TX is considered Military City USA, so this designation is vitally important in the area. Whether buying or selling, she will help make your transition as smooth as possible.

In 2010, she was awarded the highly acclaimed designation of CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member). Only 6% of Commercial Brokers in the USA carry this designation. She is also an ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative) which provides valuable skills necessary when representing .

Patricia is bilingual which exponentially expands her pool of customers – both buyers and sellers.
