Am a visionary Leader, with a person for encouraging people to be there best while living their life to the fullest.As a pastor and a leader, my mission exists to love individuals where ever they're in their life's journey.
A distinct set of core goals guide my leadership, Teaching and living out my life's journey;
-Reach the lost -help people experience personal relationship with Christ.
-Create a servant Ministry, by empowering individual's gifts so we grow through serving others.
-Build a community of love, Acceptence and Forgiveness.
-Promote spiritual growth with programs firmly established in Biblical Principles.
-A commitment to Excellence because we serve an Excellent God.
Finally I have developed theology of weakness out of my personal reflection and experience.As I reflect on ministering out of my weakness, I have noticed a change to individuals living on the margins. Iam able to minister out of my brokenness and vulnerability, sharing authenticity and Empathy in my relationship.I recognize that without God's grace I too would be on the fringes.All of us has wounds from life's encounters, When we embrace our wounds we realize that Authenticity of our leadership is found in our weakness.
I have over 7 years of experience in Congregational leadership as a pastor with proven success engaging members in Mission work and community outreach while developing strategies long- term operational goals.
