Pastor Francis Musonda is the Senior Pastor and Founder of Life Path Worship Centre in Lusaka, Zambia. He is a mature and ambitious Postgraduate Business Executive with more than 25 years’ work experience. Equipped with a Bachelors Degree in Accountancy, MBA(Finance) & an MPhil International Business Management, Francis is has a proven track record of applying sound analytical skills to obtain consistent successful results in Corporate organisations of varying balance sizes.

His passions are; Preaching of the word of God, Church planting , Training of Pastors and equipping believers, teaching biblical economics.

He has a vast Corporate Experience in the following areas;
• He served as Audit and Recruitment Chairperson for the National Technology - under the Ministry of Science & Technology.
• Board Member & Chairperson of the Audit & Finance Committee – ZAMTEL.
• Chief Executive Officer & Management Director of Zambia Credit Guarantee Scheme Limited.
• Held various senior positions at Zambia National Commercial Bank, which included the following; Head of Public Sector & Development Organizations, Head Global Transactions Services and Head Treasury & Investments
