蔡尚杰博士 DR. LEON CHUAH——

泰式水疗中心Thai Odyssey 的创始人，前后担任公司董事总经理以及集团董事总经理，任职了18年。蔡尚杰博士在水疗和健康领域拥有相当丰富的管理和运营经验，并以超强的执行力与战斗力，在馬来西亚、中国、柬埔寨、印度尼西亚和泰国等地拥有超过 85 家分店。

与此同时，他带领着 1157 人的团队更在本地和国际上赢获了超过 35 个奖项，风头无两。2016 年更被《马来西亚记录大全》（Malaysia Book of Records）评为马来西亚最大的泰式水疗经营公司和 2016 年  《亚洲最佳企业雇主奖》（HR ASIA AWARDS）因此，凭着过人的领导才能与管理智慧，他成功把公司品牌创造成了马来西亚第一泰式水疗中心，备受国内人民或海外游客的欢迎。可以说，蔡尚杰博士在我国水疗与保健领域上无疑付出了至高的贡献。

2020年，蔡尚杰博士开始把身份转向成为一名水疗与健康顾问。目前，他也担任着 Siam Oasis 以及 936 Physio 的品牌顾问。携着本身的初心，与资深的团队齐心提倡并开始致力于让人们相信 —— 每一个人都能够享受健康和幸福生活。

他与团队坚信，通过他们的专业知识与技能以解决现代人的生活压力，排毒和增强免疫系统，才是提高社会生活质量的关键。同时，不仅仅是对于健康领域，而是给予全世界带来更美好的影响。

I've also led a team of more than 1000 to win more than 35 awards locally and internationally. Awarded by the Malaysia Book Of Records as the largest Thai spa operator in Malaysia and The Best Top 100 Company to work for in Malaysia by HR ASIA AWARDs in 2016.
