On weekends I’m an overly ambitious gardener, challenging the status-quo and zone 6B limitations by practicing regenerative, minimalist no-till methods to grow flowers and food.

Focusing on biodiversity and sustainable practices to attract beneficial insects and pollinators to the garden and heal the planet by:

☞ Taking organic materials (green and brown waste like paper, food, plant material) out of the waste stream and making compost.

☞ Using compost to feed soil microbiome and improving overall soil health.

☞ Healthy soil produces nutrient rich fruit + vegetables which feed beneficial gut bacteria in the human microbiome.

☞ A healthy gut microbiome builds the immune system improving overall health.

☞ Healthy people create resilient communities and thriving eco-systems.
