Always changing!
Now I am Silo’s Head of Team (PMO) of PESI implementation project (Strategic Information Systems Plan) in AENA.
This project, developed in collaboration with McKinsey, has two phases: a first (ramp-up), where McKinsey's team has defined all models to support transformation in the area of information systems and, second, where SILO leads the application of these models and monitoring of PESI.
