How?
My coaching sessions have time and time again supported and empowered mums to get back in tune with their teen, creating stronger healthy relationships. I do believe parents are doing their very best they can. I also work with mums on other areas of their life that may be causing stresses and strains, such as returning to work and divorce, enabling them to become more present as a parent.
