Pack a Punch is Boxing’s finest Deaf Awareness Brand and was founded in 2019 after noticing a lack of accessibility for Deaf people in the fitness industry. 👎
Once qualified, I started fitness classes for deaf and hearing people at my local boxing gym before becoming accustomed to the digital realm we find ourselves in so often. Currently we run online fitness classes as well as one to one sessions. 💢👊😌
All classes are led in British Sign Language (BSL) and welcome both Deaf and Hearing people. 🦻👂👋
