Paméla Michelle Tate aka "The Self-Care Queen" is the owner of Ms. Tate Writes and Speaks, LLC, which hosts an Annual Retreat and Summit called LIVE THE LIFE YOU DESERVE that will take place on October 15 - 17, 2021.

Her mantra is to live the life deserve and a large part of living that mantra is because she is a Travel Consultant who believes that "Travel is her Therapy" and by seeing and discovering other parts of the world her connections with different people and cultures is important for her personal growth!

Paméla is also a domestic abuse advocate and education advocate, author, former caretaker, educator, innovator, speaker, survivor, and trailblazer from the San Francisco Bay Area. She is the Northern California Domestic Violence Coordinator for her beloved sorority, Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc and she is a member of the Delta Delta Zeta Chapter. She is the mother of three, plus one bonus child and she is the Executive Director of the new Black Women Revolt Against Domestic Violence Resource Center.
