I have over 12 years of experience in project management, team leadership, and mentoring.
My background in marketing, sales, and administration combined with analytical thinking gives me the ability to understand a business’s needs. As a founder and advisor of several startups, I can adapt quickly and hit the ground running, while handling multiple projects simultaneously.

In my past I wore many hats. From Project Management, Marketing and Sales to Business Development, Team Management, Administration and Organizational Infrastructure. As diverse as my job titles are, so are the companies that I worked for: Traditional international cooperations, tech startups, agencies, women and diversity centered holding companies to founding my own businesses. 
I worked on multiple complex projects simultaneously from start to finish, including creating concepts, budgets, and business plans as well as documenting and executing them.

At the onset of the pandemic, I advised multiple entrepreneurs on how to pivot their business strategies. At this time I know I had to 💥found my own consulting company Paistetta💥 to help my fellow founders and C-level executives to navigate new markets and a changing environment.

I consult companies and teams on how to structure their organization, manage their team and re-engineer their workflows to be more efficient, implementing the right tools for better collaboration, working with the management on their budgets and business plans as well as teach them how to document their work.
Further, I help solo entrepreneurs with starting their own businesses and scaling their ideas.
