In parish of Laúndos - Póvoa de Varzim, established a place dedicated to events in 2006 - AR DE ROCK LAÚNDOS - in which the number of visitors grows every single year. Managed by volunteers, since its inception all funds have been used for causes within the parish community. These latest years our common goals are the construction of a building for the parish Scouts and to support the cultural legacy of the church’s choirs.
In parish of Amorim, also managed by volunteers, in 2018 started a stand-up comedy festival, with all the earned funds going directly to the restoration of the catechesis building.
