Oyster entrepreneur on the Florida Gulf Coast bringing technology to aquaculture.
The question all oyster growers want to know is “How many oysters, of what size do I have now, or next week or next month?”. Given enough data collection, It’s an ideal problem for Artificial Intelligence. We’ve been continuously collecting growth data and multiple environmental parameters for all of our oysters (now>500K) since June, 2019 and our AI is doing a great job of prediction.
