JSPS Research Fellow DC1 (Contract Law), National Institute of Informatics Specially Appointed Researcher, Doctoral Candidate at Hitotsubashi University in Japan.
And as private matter, I’m one of sexual minorities (X-Gender).
Mainly, my research interests are in the fields of Japanese civil law and comparative contract law, especially law of formation or validity of contract and mixed legal systems. In other field, I’m Interested in ‘concept of res corporales/ incorporales’ from the perspective of Crypto-Virtual properties.
