Hi, I’m Ben Goldstein, a podcaster and rabbi living in the Los Angeles area.
I became a rabbi because I believe in the power of spirituality to help us lead better lives. Whatever your religion or spiritual path, it should open our hearts and minds, and make our lives better. If it doesn’t do all three, we might not be doing it right.
I started a podcast called Finding My Religion to talk to people about their own spiritual journeys and how they see spirituality in our world today.
My journey has been a long and winding one. I grew up in an Orthodox Jewish community in Rochester NY, journeyed to yeshiva in another country only to be called a heretic and leave religion all together for awhile.
I’m a deeply religious, secular, and agnostic Jew who loves god.
