I’m Omer Mehmet and I run a mortgage brokers in Welling, Kent called Trinity Finance. Currently I have a team of 17 mortgage brokers and 4 administrators that work within my business. Trinity arranges all types of property related finance but I personally specialise in working with Landlords, Property Investors and Developers. I have strong connections with many bridging providers, high street and challenger banks.

Alongside running Trinity I have been investing in property since 2011. I own a portfolio of BTL’s and HMO properties in London and Kent. I am currently working on an 8 bed HMO conversion in Bexley, which involves a wrap around part double storey/ part single storey extension.

I have a wide range of property investment experience including many successful flips, auction trades and BRR deals.

I have an two young daughters that keep me motivated more than ever 😀
