Science nerd and type A growing up, I was on the pre-med track in college when I took a course called ‘Nature, Movement, and Meditation’ - honest reason, I heard it was an easy A and interesting... little did I know how that one class with a Qigong master would shape the rest of my life! 25 years later and I am still in love with this medicine and way of looking at the world. I believe that life is not black or white and that applies to our health, emotions, and spiritual growth as well. I believe science and woo can (and do!) co-exist quite happily together. In fact, I currently teach research courses at an acupuncture university! Haha! I specialize in women’s health and pediatrics and love sharing the wisdom of this medicine! I especially love facilitating mamas to feel like their most resourceful selves aside from the constant intensity and demands of motherhood.
