My passion for people specifically when it comes to health both mental and physical was key when writing RESET. I wanted to create an easy to read guide that explores the elements of your journey toward well-being through the concept of five different dominos. A series of essential steps needed to achieve a holistic balance when tackling life’s day to day challenges.
I am a people first, health and fitness specialist that has been recognised throughout the UAE for various achievements in football. As an integral part of the Ghana U-20 African Nations and World Cup squads, I had the opportunity to work with high level athletes on the world’s biggest stages. Vast international experience has aided me in developing professional athletes locally and internationally.
My experience with these athletes, celebrities and every day clients has taught me how to break down the highs, lows and challenges that people face daily.
I have the opportunity to showcase some local and international talent, as well as health and wellbeing professionals on Pulse 95 Radio – “The Half Time Show”, where I get to share both my personal experience and that of my guests with the folks of the UAE and beyond.
Achievements such as Sport 360 Coach/Teacher of the Year (2014), Ahlan! Hot 100 People (2012), and Shape Middle East Trainer of the Year (2011) have helped me influence the region with regards to sports based fitness methods. These methods in partnership with a positive and charismatic personality are being reflected through coaching and development of athletes on a local and global scale.
