I am a researcher, storyteller, professor, entrepreneur, consultant, Delta 🔺(1913), proud Auburn fan, and 1/3 of Melanin DOKS! I have a deep passion for higher education and growing other thought leaders. My foci are in leadership, entrepreneurship, and diversity & inclusion.
