The block allows holiday let’s which is challenging to find in that area. A very short walk to the beach, parking and a moment’s stroll in to town. Ryde benefits from very fast connections with the mainland, into Portsmouth, making it very accessible from London.

Hi, I’m Olivia 👋

I’m a property investor and developer, and previous architectural designer. I’ve two projects in the pipeline, and would be happy to talk to anyone interested in hearing of the investment opportunities. I’m focused on building my own portfolio of BTL’s and SA through these development opportunities, alongside an R2SA business. I’ve a passion for historical buildings, and, having previously worked in architecture and interiors hold a strong value in providing highly functional as well as beautiful spaces to live in.

I was an award winning composer

I spent years writing, recording and performing my own dance/pop music, hitting the London club scene.

I was even in a hip hop band...🎷

I got involved with organising music and arts events in SE London.
