xx My background is in web design and programming before I decided to take a leap into the franchise world. I own two locations of European Wax Center and employ over 30 incredibly driven people. I created EverWrap with a fellow franchise owner as a way to do better for the Earth. It's a ground-up never-been-done sustainable line of giftwrap products. Lastly, my husband is an Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) with 120+ drivers.
xx My "why" includes being a great employer -- my team hustles to meet our goals and I work hard to make sure they are appreciated and valued. Our businesses have brought amazing people into our lives and building something from the ground-up is quite rewarding.
