I guide women of all ages to a perspective that helps them thrive in the midst of the hard, messy and all of life’s disruptive realities. I love working with women 1:1, with groups and teams in corporate and Christian ministry. 🙏🏾Daughter of the King and Ambassador of good news to women everywhere! 💃🏿

My favorite topics are: God + Mental, Emotional, Spiritual health, parenting toddlers + tweens + teens, intentional marriage , team-building, organizational reform and Christian ministry.

A student of international law, diplomacy and business for many years and so I hold Masters degrees in all 3 fields.

Chose to become a stay at home mom 11 years ago, yet have had consistent pockets of serving as an entrepreneur, a leader in women’s ministry at my local church, personal stylist and all round encourager. In 2020, I became certified as a life coach for women.

Through public speaking + writing + coaching, I am on a mission to guide women to a perspective that helps them go from “getting by”/ surviving to thriving and living life to the full in all aspects of life, relationships and projects.

My technique incorporates tools that build your awareness + learning so that you can find beauty in your pathways.

I am a Christ follower, an AMBIVERT, an ever evolving wife to Dr. Daddy, full-time mom to 4 beauties, daughter, sister and friend.

I see color and beauty in all things—Philocalist in all the possible ways! Blessed to take hold of opportunities for growth and service always! Whether I am home amidst all the noise and messes or out in community with others, my pursuit is to reflect the beauty, Grace and love of God in my words and actions. Amen 🙏🏾
