I am a spiritual life coach who believes that everything in life is a relationship. If we ever expect to gain true healing end freedom in our lives, we have to first explore and gain control over our relationships.

I am also the author of the book #1 Amazon New Release, “Where’s My Pizza: How To Use the Power of Expectation to Create the Life You Want.” In this book, I teach that in life we don’t get what we want—we get what we expect and give readers actionable steps on how to identify and take hold of their truth, get clear about what they want, and create the life they deserve!

As a student of life, I hold a Bachelors of Arts degree in Sociology and Spanish language and a Bachelors of Science in Information Technology. I am an Achology certified life coach, Neuro-Lingustic Programming Practitioner, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Practitioner, and Mindfulness Practitioner. I’m also a student of A Course In Miracles and the Tao te Ching.

I have a no BS approach. Your problems aren’t being fixed while a coach coddles you—I get right to the root of the issue and throw a wrench in the fan to interrupt your pattern.
