Hello I’m a certified life coach that specializes in self care for mommies. I believe in the whole person ,and that self care truly is a lifestyle. As an artist and momagerr to my daughter , I realize the importance of balance and maintenance . My son and I have traveled nationally and internationally with her and I knew if I didn’t take the necessary time and care for me we would lose everything we had worked so hard for.
