I have a passion for making a difference on a human level. Throughout my career, I have worked within Organizations, as an Entrepreneur, and as a Management Consultant across various functions, industries, geographies, and company sizes. The common thread was Technology & Digital Transformation. Over time, my focus shifted increasingly to Human Transformation.

My signature, integrative approach to Individual & Organizational Development incorporates Energy Medicine, Mentorship, Coaching, and Consulting (E=MC²). I fuse both left & right brain strengths to form a powerful combination of strategic thinking married with attention to detail, creativity, and high intuition — and I am driven to use these strengths on my mission to help others as they seek Alignment in their lives and organizations.
