Decibel Festival Founder & Curator / DICE / Lifelong lover of music, film, art, technology, nature & social justice reform

I am a Detroit native, who has spent the majority of his adult life in the fertile lands of the Pacific Northwest (Seattle, Portland and Olympia). After a lucrative career in Seattle running a music festival/conference (Decibel) while working as a music supervisor/creative director (PlayNetwork), I traded in the rain for sunny Los Angeles and Joshua Tree. Since moving to Southern California I have worked as a curator/event producer (Red Bull), a talent buyer (Catch One) and a music lead (DICE).

As a musician, deejay, audio engineer, performer, producer, curator and entrepreneur; I've dedicated my life to music in all its forms. Over the years I've come to appreciate music as a universal language that has the distinct power to unite humanity regardless of race, age, sex or geography.

Outside of music and travel, I am an avid outdoorsman, film aficionado, writer, reader, and connoisseur of food and culture in general.
