Highly experienced professional in providing successful learning & development solutions to a wide range of jobs, levels as well as budgets. Developed functional academies as well leadership programs. Worked on shifting a learning culture to be digital.
Passion for investing in others through their development. I bring more than 13 years of corporate experience in HR, of which more than 10 years are specialized in Learning & Development.
Out of the corporate field, I was responsible for mentoring high school students, working on their growth following the total wellness model. As well as, providing counseling & coaching when needed.
Holder of Masters Of Science in Human Resources from Edinburgh Business School, Herriot-Watt University. Certified Practitioner in the Art and Science of Coaching, Level 1.
