The Founder & managing director of TransformUs. TransformUs owns a vision of Transforming the Educational Process to be applicable & reachable to everyone. It supports the Digital transformation of many entities and teaching providers.
TransformUs owns an Online educational platform Www.nour.academy , which offers interactive online courses, blogs , with a very professional gamification processes.
Also a training consultant specializing in the field of Human resources development & soft skills.
Worked in the training industry for 13 years ,including international organizations , NGOs & corporates . Trained different cultures & nationalities in different countries. Worked with PDF organization for building the capacities of 60 different NGOs. She worked with UNwomen, UNFPA , ILO on developing and delivering curriculums for safe communities and building characters of future leaders. Developed & delivered Leadership , mentoring & coaching, performance management , self-assessments & different tools for EVA Armanious Group.
Worked on developing different training materials & was a training consultant for CARE Egypt , International Sports Association to develop & deliver a Sports for Development curriculum which has been conducted in different Egyptian cities for two consecutive years. For these and other clients , she has conducted TNAs using different methodologies, developed & delivered different character building inductions. Also worked as a learning facilitator for different groups covering different topics.
