Life an amalgamation of emotions, feelings and
experiences is a palette of colours that one uses to
create his/her own masterpiece. To be able to do so,
one needs to positively and productively manage what
one experiences, through contemporarytherapy
practice, skill training and counselling. INSPIRE- Youth
for Change (IYFC), strives towards spreading this
hearty expression of the spectrum of life. INSPIRE, in
the long run, aspires to integrate the creative aspects
of utilising the available resources and the innate
potential of one's being, aiming at channelizing their
energies to appreciate the essence of living. It would
skilfully bring about the adaption to innovative
advancements in the society.
