Nina Selvaggio is a management professional with 20 years of leadership experience in the social sectors and started consulting in 2016. She has held strategic roles with local and national nonprofits with annual budgets ranging from $100K to $20 million, hundreds of employees and multiple sites. Some of these leadership roles were in struggling organizations that needed to turnaround their business models or undertake changes in their mission or theory of change. These varied experiences have allowed Nina to assess and analyze different organizational structures, decision-making philosophies and leadership models as well as to transform cultures in distress. She understands the challenges of bringing together diverse teams located on opposite coasts, with multiple layers of responsibilities and scope. Through all of this, Nina has developed her passion, expertise and abilities for helping bring new ways of operating to life so talent can focus their time and energy on bringing the mission to life.
