after an exciting journey through retail and corporate roles in the cosmetics industry, i now work full-time as a makeup artist, writer, and critic.
as a makeup artist, i primarily serve private clients in new york city, but i’m moving steadily into editorial and television work, as well as assisting.
as a writer, i write beauty stories for major publications. i also write strategic, search-engine optimized content for skincare brands.
as a critic, i publish reviews and critical essays on new works of literary fiction in outlets like the Los Angeles Review of Books and The Baffler.
