Bio

My name is Nikki Tiani and I am a Realtor Spouse (to my amazing partner, Rob Moroney, also of Berkshire!), and momma to three crazy, loving, sassy boys.

I have been in Real Estate for the past three years, and while I feel like I have personally met and exceeded many of my sales goals, I know I am barely scratching the surface in this wild, fun, and challenging field.

I am exceptionally good at matching my clients with their dream homes - I take the time to get to know my customers on a deep and personal level while we house hunt, so finding them the property that perfectly aligns with their needs and desires becomes tantamount! I love it, more than anything, when my satisfied buyers and sellers send their friends and family my way - there is simply no higher distinction or honor!

I will happily list any home, but my real passion is being a buyer's agent; seeing all the beautiful and varied architecture Western PA has to offer is truly such a joy. Rob, my husband and partner, is my lister, and together we make a dynamic team! We are so passionate about our career, and vow to make your buying and selling experience as painless, and pleasant, as possible.
