Hi, I’m Nikki Caster 🐬

I specialize in cognitive somatic energy practices that champion your health, confidence and quality of life.

I am a San Diego hall of fame athlete. My health shut down in my late 20’s, taking my career and relationships with it. After seeking help from specialists + medical doctor’s with no results, I began the process of learning everything I could about the systems of the body and mind. I completed and applied countless hours of training on myself, along with a daily practice to experience rewarding and life changing results. I guide my clients to do the same.
