My two cents on life lessons:

💥 Practice self awareness and notice your mistakes 🙏🏻. Learn from them.

💥 Learn from others’ mistakes too. Read about ‘bad’ leaders & ‘good’. Learn from both about what to do and what not to do; make decisions about what you’d change and why👩🏼‍⚖️

💥 You don’t need to stick to your original thoughts to be consistent. Be prepared to change your mind, but be consistent about being prepared to do so, and be able to justify a change. Consistency is reliability, which leads to trust. But stubbornness denies innovation. 🧠

💥 Never talk badly about another colleague to another colleague. This is just common sense. 👀

💥 Think the best in others’ intentions first, all people have good in them ❤️
