Bio

I have a big heart with a sometimes wary mind, oscillating between bravery and fear : I dream big, take action to make them real, and freak myself out on my way there.

I am devoted to the betterment of every situation that I find myself in. I have a few deeply held convictions and values and I guard them with my life. I deeply care about:
- Advancement and protection of human rights especially the rights of refugees and children.
- Heart-to-heart conversations, deep relationships, and the silence between the words.
- What is behind the surface/ the person behind the appearance.
- Mindfulness - How my actions affect others
- My energy.
- Good food.
- My puppy, Bella.
