By trade I am a qualified Psychotherapist and Hypnotherapist. Shamanic Practitioner and Transpersonal ( Quantum) Healer.

I am beginning a journey working with the Original Peoples of Canada, our indigenous community. Empowerment of youth and women into leading the life they envisage with confidence and purpose.

My passion is working with people to get underneath their own skin and right down to the bones of who they are. Discovering what has held them back from living life to the full ! Thats where the treasure is found, true passion and purpose of life with no apology.

I also love working with women over 50 in transformational healing, digging, soul searching and reinventing and igniting life - enabling them to lead a fabulous 50yr-100yr episode of life.

Sometimes it takes a traumatic event for us to wake up and shake up, I know it did for me! But if not now - then when? Yesterday is history, we have today , tomorrow is but a dream . Let’s do this Now!
