After 25 years in the fitness industry, I became a real estate agent. in 2016, I started my real estate investment company, NBT Homes, LLC. In 2020, I partnered with a company to bridge the gap in financial literacy, and in 2021, in 2023 I miss Fitness and decided to come back to coaching and helping Men and Women with the importance of Mobility, Balance, and Functional Training.
