Iโm a Certified Health Coach having qualified through the Primal Health Coach Institute after a personal health journey resulting in reversing pre-diabetes, sleep apnea, brain fog and losing 40kgs (88lbs) at the age of 54.
Now 57, I help people of any age / gender / location that want to grow old healthily achieve health goals and employ lifestyle tactics including (but not limited to) paleo, primal, ancestral, Keto, carnivore, GAPs, AIP.
No dogma, no drama, no off the shelf answers.
Definitely no counting calories. (CICO is a myth).
