One of the youngest people in history to own a U.K. based regulated investment bank called Crasner Capital.

In addition to Crasner Capital, I am Founder of Crasner Ventures, described as a “pioneer in venture capital investing” where I fund start ups created by entrepreneurs of diverse heritage and female founders.

When I’m not doing M&A in emerging markets and direct investing, I am also a trusted advisor to the Boards of international law firms. Founder and sole shareholder of a pre-eminent retained search and management consulting firm called Crasner Consulting.

Passionate and genuine Diversity Advocate who was honoured to appear in The Daily Telegraph in June 2020 alongside the CEOs of Vodafone and AstraZeneca as one of the most fierce advocates on gender equality
