I'm a Sr. Marketing exec turned co-founder with almost 20 years of tier 1 CPG/QSR experience. While I spent many years marketing packaged goods, I left the industry to pursue my passion and mission which is wellness through movement for all. We all know that fitness is a massive industry with digital/online fittech booming, behaviour isn’t necessarily changing over 66% of NA still quit their health and wellness goals

I’ve recently launched a fitness motivation app called Paid Workout, where users workout, compete in challenges, win and get paid cash!!! The app is complementary to ANY workout and/or activity users like and is designed to help users develop healthy activity habits that align to the US health department recommendations for movement and strength training.
