My background in and around Technology begins with Mech/Elec/Elect Engineering from my time in the (UK)Army being the first woman to complete this trade training. 🔧🗜🔌🔭📡

I’ve worked in IT from first to third line support, with large corporate and small companies. From installing software, hardware and peripherals for home to business customers, through to helping with cybersecurity.🖥📟💾

I trained as a child and adult trauma psychotherapist coining the phrase #Cybertrauma at the end of 2011 based on my background and clinical work in this area (see my website for the full definition) 📲🎮

I now teach and write around online safeguarding with practical tips and strategies for practitioners and parents and not scaremongering tactics. 👨‍👨‍👧‍👦👨‍👧‍👦👨‍👦‍👦📕🖥⌨️

I am a gaming clinician and use tech/games/biofeedback for trauma and play therapy, with children & adults 🕹⌨️📊🎮

I am a Mum to adult children.
