Meet Niavoy, a R&B artist from Albany, Ny. Niavoy has a very strong sound known for its' chameleon like style as her voice is able blend to any type of music.This soulful spicy vocalist has developed while doing multiple open mics at Chowan University which she attended in 2013, covering legendary artists like Lauryn Hill, Erykah Badu and Jill Scott. Niavoy Majored in Psychology with a Minor in Music.
Currently Niavoy is creating a dynamic Ep for 2021. Recently Niavoy was nominated for Song of the Year, under the name Kiessence Polk, at the Eddie’s alongside a local artist with the single titled “Good Ole Days". In 2012 she was deemed the, Columbia Teen Idol in Columbia, Maryland.
Niavoy grew up singing in the church scene, being inspired at the young age of 3 by her parents, djay “DJ zodiac” and “Nakia Watkins”who sang in a quartet group called “Faithful Few”.
