My nana is Nia Ridgle. I am a Licensed Mental Health Faith-Based Therapist, currently residing in San Jose California. I am the owner of Ridgle Consulting, a mental health private practice which focuses on restorative healing and effective leadership. In addition to leading two wellness brands Restoring The King a wellness brand for African Diaspora men and Restoring the Queen a women’s healing space for high valued women that offers unique healing practices created by me.

My life’s mission is to support and empower others while instilling foundational principles to help break unhealthy habits and repeating cycles. I finds when you reveal you, you heal.
