Hello! Let me introduce my self my name is Tim Ward “Bartender” since the 1990’s I started in a small local Pub in England’s east coast and travelled the globe to Australia working in nightclubs, restaurants and hotels, before returning to the UK. Working for a bit in Brighton and then I scored my first head bartender job in Old Orleans on the riverside in Norwich. I then moved to France in 2005 were I worked in the famous Plant Hollywood on the Champs Elyse in Paris. After a stint in a Parisian cocktail bar during the Mojito craze. I then found a job at The Ritz Paris where I stayed 5 years working alongside my great mentor and chef Colin Field in the Bar Hemmingway, The Ritz Bar and some might still remember the beautiful tec terrace in the hotel. During this time, I entered many competitions one of which in were I lifted a trophy was The French Flair Bartending Championships in 2010 & another was being Finalist in the very first highly coveted MOF for the trade. 2011 I fled my wings from behind the bar to work for a Scotch Whisky Brand called Monkey Shoulder as the French Brand Ambassador, a position which I still hold to this day.
