Mary Sanker is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in Dover, New Hampshire. She helps people with anxiety and women’s issues, focusing on perinatal mental health.
She is trained through Postpartum Support International and Innate Postpartum Care. She works to provide flexible care to women from early pregnancy through after birth. Mary works with women around reconnecting with their inner strength by listening to their body and working through mental blocks to help mothers build a community and learn more about the journey into motherhood.


Mary runs The New Mom Club.
A 7 week online community.

This is not a how to group or a place to leave with quick life hacks...this group is about holding space, learning about the changes in your mind and body and creating connection to yourself and others.

Weekly checks, articles, journal prompts, mediations as well as weekly meetings (right now still virtual)
