I work with you to understand your core values, so that you can shape your life to suit you. Through four one to one coaching sessions make courageous decisions, stop playing safe, bring your passions to the fore and have clarity, brightness and direction for your future.

I have a background in Chemistry, heavy industry (steel manufacturing) and telecomms. I love thinking about how to scale, marginal improvement and developing systems to support growth. I also work part-time as a Data Analytics Professional.

I love discussions about how who we are connects to what we do and the issues when these are misaligned. This fascination invites me to consider context and environment when thinking through a problem.

Outside of being a coach I’m a wife, mother, crocheter, lover of art, data, systems and a park-runner (pre-COVID)
