Rosemary Bob-Manuel is an expert in Maritime Administration. facilitating the training of Nigerian Seafarers Development Programme (NSDP) cadets, in the Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA). One of the role of NIMASA in the Maritime industry is to boost indigenous Shipping and to ameliorate the dearth of Seafarers by training Nigerian students in different Maritime Training Institutions abroad to enable them become certified seafarers with an opportunity to work on board ocean going vessels. The Agency NMASA, has trained over 2000 Cadets on full sponsorship of which most of them have been gainfully employed with different foreign owned vessels and Nigerian owned vessels. I am a foot soldier, a motivator and an excellent achiever, who loves to go the extra mile to get the job done, these traits earned me the prestigious honor of the employee of the month in 2018. Since then, I have never relented in achieving more success because excellent work, deserve more work. I love to read books and travel to different parts of the world and meet new people.
